📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.,Ensure the restaurant runs efficiently and meets quality standards.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses.,Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and motivating a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry best practices.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of Indonesian cuisine and food service standards.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
