📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.Support students in their learning and development, providing individual and group instruction as needed.Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a love for learning and a sense of community among students.Assist with the preparation and organization of teaching materials and resources.Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher and parents as needed.Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the program.Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.Perform other duties as assigned by the lead teacher or management.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching or working with children in an educational setting.Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and best practices in teaching and learning.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.Passion for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality education.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Valid teaching certification or license (preferred but not required).🛠️ Keahlian
