📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff.,Handle inventory and restocking of kitchen supplies.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to kitchen policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of special dietary needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Experience with various cooking techniques and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with kitchen management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
