📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and disciplinary actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR policies align with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
