📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis to support decision-making.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business objectives.,Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Proficient in English or Mandarin, both written and spoken.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software is a plus.,Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
