📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems for residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and reports.
• Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and staff.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Manage and coordinate with third-party service providers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property engineering, with a focus on electrical systems.
• Valid professional engineer license in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards, including IEE and NEC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with property management software and systems.
