📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Manage the sales pipeline and track performance metrics.,Train and develop new sales staff to ensure high performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with CRM software is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
