Space Gold Pratama is seeking a motivated and experienced Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a proven track record of success in similar roles. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our employees.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional growth.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment techniques, and learning theories.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
