📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support the company's strategic planning and decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Assist in the recruitment and training of junior accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
