📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and develop data-driven marketing plans.
  • Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve marketing ROI and overall business performance.
  • Manage and mentor junior marketing team members as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
