📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Coordinate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Manage and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
