PT Putra Surya is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving their targets by providing excellent customer service and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles and a passion for building customer relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.,Provide product knowledge and support to customers.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.,Assist in the training and development of new sales team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
