📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Section Head in managing and supervising the team.,Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of departmental strategies.,Handle administrative tasks and support the team in achieving targets.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in recruitment and training of new staff.,Support the Section Head in decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR processes and practices.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
