📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic planning and execution.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Manage and track sales performance and KPIs to ensure targets are met.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives.,Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities.,Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
