📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Managing and mentoring operational teams to achieve targets and goals.
  • Implementing and monitoring operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to team members.
  • Collaborating with other departments to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Monitoring and analyzing operational data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in using operational management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
