📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and search engines.,Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and manage social media accounts.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Manage paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.,Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.,Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.,Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.,Excellent communication and project management skills.,Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Hootsuite.,Understanding of email marketing and CRM systems is a plus.
