Hotel Eko Motor is seeking a talented and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of our hotel facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and oversee the construction of new hotel facilities and infrastructure.,Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.,Conduct site inspections and quality control to maintain high standards.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.,Maintain and repair existing hotel facilities and infrastructure.,Develop and implement sustainable and eco-friendly construction practices.,Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.,Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Tetum (local language) is a plus.
