📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including performance management, discipline, and grievance resolution.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a digital or tech company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days in office, 3 days remote).
