📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring high engagement and effectiveness.,Evaluate the impact of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and industry trends.,Provide support and guidance to employees throughout the training process.,Assess and certify employees' competency levels post-training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
