📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of the restaurant team, including scheduling shifts and ensuring all staff are properly trained and motivated.,Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.,Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant's overall strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring high standards of customer service.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Tetun is a plus.,Previous experience in a similar role in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
