📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard,Managing a team of employees and providing guidance and support as needed,Monitoring and evaluating employee performance, and providing feedback and coaching as appropriate,Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is a safe and comfortable environment for all employees,Working closely with other departments and managers to ensure that all projects and initiatives are completed successfully,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and employee performance,Attending and participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure that all employees are up-to-date on company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed
