📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting functions of the company,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes,Prepare and submit tax returns and filings,Provide financial analysis and reporting to management,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff,Oversee the preparation of the annual budget and forecast

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax laws,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Indonesian
