UNITY Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy, and providing financial reports to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Supervise and mentor junior bookkeepers and accounting staff.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Handle vendor payments and manage payroll processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
