📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, in compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control food and beverage costs to ensure profitability and profitability targets are met.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive dining experience.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,Knowledge of food and beverage laws, regulations, and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
