In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and assisting in various administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing office operations, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office records.,Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, organizing data, and managing correspondence.,Handle office supplies, including ordering, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Support the HR team with recruitment processes, including coordinating interviews, preparing job postings, and maintaining employee records.,Assist in event planning and coordination, including arranging venues, managing guest lists, and preparing event materials.,Maintain office equipment, including printers, scanners, and other technology, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.,Provide general support to the office staff, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with HRIS and other office management software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
