📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring high-quality standards are met for all projects.,Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test strategies and frameworks.,Conduct thorough testing activities including functional, regression, and performance testing.,Identify, document, and track software defects and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.,Provide training and mentorship to junior QA engineers.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA, with a strong background in testing methodologies.,Proven experience in leading QA teams and projects.,Strong knowledge of testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.,Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is required.
