Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum.,Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.,Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication and support for student learning.,Stay up-to-date with educational trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.,Participate in school events, activities, and community service projects.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a formal educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
