📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Identify training needs through consultation with managers and employees.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, including presentations, handouts, and other resources.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to participants.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional development.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of training methodologies and technologies.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
  • Ability to travel for training purposes.
