• Utilize Salesforce and Zendesk to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated client experience.
• Monitor customer feedback and use it to continuously improve our services and products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and Zendesk.
