📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ACMV, chiller, boiler, water treatment, and fire protection systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues to ensure optimal performance
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system issues and improve efficiency
• Provide technical support and training to staff on system operation and maintenance
• Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions as needed
• Participate in project planning and implementation to support facility improvements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, with a focus on ACMV, chiller, boiler, water treatment, and fire protection systems
• Certification in HVAC, water treatment, or related fields is a plus
• Proven track record of maintaining and repairing complex building systems
• Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar
