📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and oversee daily maintenance activities across all facilities.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules using tools like SAP or similar systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
• Manage and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff to ensure high standards of work.
• Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the Facilities & Operations Management team to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance coordination or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing maintenance activities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software such as SAP, IBM Maximo, or similar.
• Certification in Facilities Management (FM) or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
