As our Chief Growth Strategist, you’ll work closely with our CEO and CTO to develop and execute growth initiatives that will propel our portfolio companies to unicorn status. You’ll analyze market trends using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Looker, and collaborate with our data science team to refine our predictive models. • Develop and implement scalable growth strategies for our portfolio companies, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Analyze market data using advanced tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Looker to identify growth opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine our data-driven decision-making processes.
• Lead the development and execution of our growth marketing campaigns, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry influencers.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure we’re meeting our growth targets and achieving our strategic objectives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, and drive continuous improvement in our growth strategies.
• Mentor and develop our team of growth professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 10+ years of experience in growth strategy, with a proven track record of driving significant growth in high-growth companies.
• A deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market, including its unique challenges and opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks to drive growth.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent preferred.
