📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect, maintain, and repair heavy machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventive checks on heavy equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades.
• Use industry-standard tools such as CATIA, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks for design and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Train and mentor junior mechanics and technicians.
• Participate in project planning and execution, contributing to the success of large-scale projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Heavy Machinery Mechanic.
• Proven track record of maintaining and repairing heavy machinery.
• Certifications in heavy machinery maintenance and repair (e.g., NCCER, NCCCO).
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools such as CATIA, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive heavy machinery.
