• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Development or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong understanding of performance management systems and succession planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams.
• Certification in HR Development or a related field is a plus.
