As an HR Intern, you’ll be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks, including but not limited to, employee onboarding, data entry, and support for HR events. You’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with the HR team to gain insights into the world of Human Resources.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support HR events and activities
• Conduct data entry and maintenance of HR records
• Assist with the preparation of HR reports and documents
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Learn and understand HR policies and procedures
• Support recruitment efforts, including but not limited to, job postings and candidate follow-ups
• Assist with the organization and execution of HR training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of HR software and tools, such as BambooHR or Workday
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with HR best practices and industry standards
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
