As our Bar Supervisor, you’ll be the backbone of our bar team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service. You’ll manage a team of bar staff, train and develop them, and ensure our bars meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and train a team of bar staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels to ensure optimal bar performance.
• Create and maintain a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor and report on bar performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
• Proven experience in managing and training staff.
• Strong knowledge of beverage programs and mixology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, Upserve, or similar.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20kg.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
