📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and client acquisition.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue setup, logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful event execution.
• Create and manage event budgets, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining profitability.
• Leverage social media and marketing tools to promote events and engage with our community.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and positive event experiences.
• Analyze event performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management and business development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event management, business development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing events and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for event planning and community building.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
