📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the customs clearance process for spare parts, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and customs authorities to facilitate smooth cross-border movement of goods.
• Leverage SAP and Excel to track and manage customs documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Stay updated on changes in customs laws and regulations, providing recommendations for process improvements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customs strategies to optimize logistics efficiency.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on customs procedures and compliance.
• Collaborate with the global logistics team to ensure seamless integration of customs processes across international operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customs clearance processes and overall supply chain performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance, with a focus on spare parts or heavy equipment.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Experience with SAP, Excel, and specialized customs software is a plus.
• Certification in customs brokerage or a related field is a plus.
