As an Interior Design Drafter at CV Purnama Jaya Indo, you'll daily create and refine detailed 2D and 3D models, ensuring every line, dimension, and material specification meets industry standards. You'll collaborate with clients and designers to interpret briefs, propose solutions, and deliver drawings that inspire and inform construction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Create accurate and detailed interior design drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Collaborate with interior designers to develop design concepts and translate them into technical drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and client specifications.
- Prepare construction documents, including plans, elevations, and sections.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure materials and finishes are accurately represented in drawings.
- Present design proposals to clients, explaining technical aspects in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain and organize digital design files and project documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in interior design and drafting software.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Design Drafter, preferably in a design firm or architectural practice.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with experience in creating detailed 2D and 3D models.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Portfolio demonstrating your drafting skills and design projects.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
