📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees
• Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with local and international regulations
• Coordinate with local HR teams to ensure seamless HR operations
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Maintain and update HR records and databases using SAP SuccessFactors
• Provide administrative support to the HR department
• Assist in the organization of HR events and training sessions
• Support the HR team in any other ad-hoc tasks as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
