Stripe is seeking a Manager, Solutions Architecture - Enterprise to lead our team in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient solutions for our enterprise clients. In this role, you will work closely with our enterprise sales and customer success teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. You will also mentor and develop our team of solutions architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the Solutions Architecture team in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient solutions for enterprise clients.,Work closely with enterprise sales and customer success teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.,Mentor and develop the team of solutions architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.,Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure solutions meet technical and business requirements.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our solutions.,Present and advocate for solutions to enterprise clients, demonstrating their value and benefits.,Manage and mentor junior solutions architects, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.,Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for the Solutions Architecture team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a solutions architecture or similar role, with a focus on enterprise clients.,Strong understanding of cloud computing, microservices, and distributed systems.,Experience with payment processing, financial services, or a related industry is a plus.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.,Proven track record of successfully delivering solutions to enterprise clients.,Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and grow a team.,Familiarity with agile methodologies and a collaborative, iterative approach to problem-solving.
