As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our platform's visibility and user engagement. You will work closely with our team to create compelling content, manage digital marketing campaigns, and analyze performance metrics. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Marketplace for Academics & Deecosystem.
Create and manage content for various digital channels, including social media, email newsletters, and blog posts.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for platform growth.
Manage digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive user acquisition and retention.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the academic and digital ecosystem in Indonesia is a plus.
