📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement cross-border trade strategies to enhance market penetration and growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in Southeast Asia.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, trade associations, and industry leaders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-border trade initiatives.
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of cross-border trade strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address market dynamics.
• Present strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cross-border trade, strategic planning, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful cross-border trade strategies.
• Strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets and trade regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in cross-border trade or strategic planning is a plus.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
