As a Merchant Success Executive (EDC Acquisition) at BukuWarung, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining merchants by providing exceptional customer service and support. You will work with a diverse range of merchants, from small retail shops to medium-sized businesses, to ensure they fully understand and benefit from our EDC solutions. Your daily tasks will include merchant onboarding, training, and support, as well as monitoring merchant performance and providing regular feedback to improve their experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Acquire and onboard new merchants, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process using our proprietary software.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to merchants, helping them maximize the benefits of our EDC solutions.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide regular feedback to improve their experience and drive retention.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new merchant acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct regular check-ins with merchants to address any issues or concerns and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Analyze merchant data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and present findings to the team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the MSME sector, and apply this knowledge to improve our merchant success strategies.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall growth and success of BukuWarung.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchant acquisition, customer success, or a related role within the financial technology or MSME sector.
• Strong understanding of EDC (Electronic Data Capture) technology and its applications in the MSME sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with merchants.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing merchant needs.
